Our facility is operated unmanned. After check-out, staff will enter for cleaning purposes but are not permanently stationed on-site. Please read the guidelines in advance and use the facilities in accordance with the rules.

[Guidelines for Facility Use]

• *Minors are not permitted to stay unaccompanied by adults.
• *Please only use the facility with the number of guests specified at the time of booking.
• *Smoking is strictly prohibited on and off the premises.
• *Please avoid using loud voices or playing loud music as there are homes nearby.
• *The deck does not have handrails. Please make sure to ensure your own safety.
• *While high-speed internet is available, there may be areas with unstable mobile phone reception.
• *There are commercial facilities nearby. Accessing them will require personal transportation arrangements.
• *Please be mindful of insects and wildlife. Make sure to clean up any leftover food outside, especially after meals.
• *Do not place furniture or furnishings outdoors and handle them with care. You will be responsible for any damage or loss and the corresponding costs.

[Parking]

• *One parking spot is available for each room. Please do not park in more than one spot. Parking illegally at nearby commercial facilities is also prohibited.

[Children's Usage]

• *Please let us know if you have children of elementary school age or younger.
• *As the outdoor deck and indoor loft do not have railings, we only allow bookings from guests who are capable of managing the safety of their children on their own. The facility also has a wood stove. Please take extra care to avoid burns.
• *Please ensure that children are always accompanied by a guardian when playing on the premises.

[Sauna Usage]

• *Please refrain from using the sauna if you are feeling unwell.
• *Swimwear is required when using the sauna.
• *During heavy rain or strong winds, avoid using the sauna to prevent injury from flying objects.
• *During your stay, you are welcome to use the sauna at any time. Please be mindful of nearby residents to avoid causing any inconvenience.
• *Smoking in the sauna is strictly prohibited.
• *If you notice any damage or soiling before using the sauna, please inform us immediately.
• *Guests will be held accountable for any sauna damage or misuse beyond normal usage and will be responsible for repair costs.
• *The facility does not assume responsibility for any accidents that occur during sauna use or for any subsequent health issues.
