About Your Stay

Q. How do I check in on the day of arrival? Is there a front desk?

We do not have a front desk at our facility. To access your room, please use the electronic lock code provided via email before your arrival. Please complete the check-in process using the tablet in your room.

Q. What time can I check in?

Please check in between 15:00 and 22:00.

Q. Can I book a stay without meals?

Yes, you can book a stay without meals.

Q. Can minors stay alone?

We do not allow minors to stay without an accompanying adult.

Q. Can I bring an infant or toddler?

Please let us know if you have children of elementary school age or younger. As the outdoor deck and indoor loft do not have railings, we only allow bookings from guests who are capable of managing the safety of their children on their own. The facility also has a wood stove. Please take extra care to avoid burns.

Q. Can I bring a pet?

We do not allow pets.

Q. Is Wi-Fi available?

While we provide high-speed internet, please note that there may be areas with unstable mobile phone reception.

Q. Can I smoke on the premises?

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the facilities and the sauna. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the premises.

Q. Are air conditioning and heating available?

Yes, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Q. Is parking available?

One parking spot is available for each room. Please do not park in more than one spot. Parking illegally at nearby commercial facilities is also prohibited.
